Looking for the perfect Valentine's Day gift? How about wine and chocolate! Courtyard will be at Pulakos Chocolates on Parade St. in Erie on Feb 13 and 14 from 10am-6pm. We'll be there for wine sampling and also to purchase bottles of wine. Purchase your chocolates and wine and we'll put together a beautiful basket with a bow on top while you wait for a minimal fee.
